You’ll play a key role in developing backend services, integrating hardware peripherals, and ensuring seamless communication between software and physical components.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Develop backend modules in <strong>C# (.NET)</strong> for land-based gaming terminals.</li><li>Implement communication layers to integrate devices such as <strong>printers, bill validators, and button interfaces</strong> via <strong>RS232, USB</strong>, and related protocols.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve <strong>hardware–software communication issues</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to optimize device integration.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development practices.</li></ul><strong>Professional Qualifications & Experience</strong><ul><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of backend development experience using <strong>C#/.NET</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>RS232, USB</strong>, and network protocols like <strong>TCP/IP</strong> and <strong>WebSockets</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware-integration challenges.</li><li>Experience building and consuming <strong>RESTful APIs</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.<br /><strong>Great to Have</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>MongoDB</strong> or other NoSQL databases.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>PC hardware architecture</strong> and peripheral integration.</li><li>Background in industries involving device communication (e.g., kiosks, POS systems, hardware-integrated platforms).</li></ul><p>If you’re excited about working on hands-on technical challenges and building reliable systems that connect software with real-world devices, we’d love to hear from you.
