What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients by:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing ongoing support
- Clearly explaining benefit options and coverage details
- Assisting clients throughout the claims and follow-up process
- Identifying renewal opportunities and coverage updates in coordination with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate client records and documenting interactions
- Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions to support long-term goals
