This job is a hybrid role from this location. **</b><p>We are looking for AI/ML developers to build cutting-edge AI systems that support our mission of transforming how organizations understand and improve the Employee Experience. Join us as one of the founding members of our new Toronto team.<br><br>What You’ll Work On</p><p>Build AI that drives real impact</p><ul><li>Develop AI agents that turn insights into action — from conversational listening to AI coaching that&#39;s proven to drive change at scale</li><li>Build and deploy NLP models that analyze employee feedback</li><li>Develop our agent platform, making it easier to build, test, and deploy new agent capabilities</li></ul><p>Ship fast, learn faster</p><ul><li>Work with cross-functional teams including people from product engineering, data engineering, and software engineering to integrate AI into production systems</li><li>Follow a rapid iterative process that integrates feedback to move from idea, to prototype, to real world use case</li><li>Document and share knowledge, insights, and learnings with the larger team</li></ul><p>Stay at the forefront of AI</p><ul><li>Engage with and lead our thinking on AI by staying current with advancements in the field</li><li>Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events</li><li>Bring emerging ideas back to the team and explore their application to employee experience</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<p>Core requirements</p><ul><li>3+ years building and shipping AI, ML, or NLP systems</li><li>Strong Python programming and ability to write clean, maintainable code</li><li>Comfortable working with LLMs — fine-tuning, prompting, and building products around them</li><li>Experience with modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)</li><li>Experience working with data at scale (SQL, data warehouses, cloud platforms)</li></ul><p>What makes you stand out</p><ul><li>You&#39;ve built AI products that users depend on at a SaaS company</li><li>You can explain complex AI concepts to non-technical teammates</li><li>You&#39;re comfortable with the full lifecycle of a system built on AI — from experimentation to production monitoring</li></ul><p>Good to Know</p><ul><li>We use OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and a variety of ML tools, but we care more about your ability to learn than any specific tool experience</li></ul><p>Why Join Us</p><ul><li>Work on AI that makes a real impact on people&#39;s work lives</li><li>Collaborate with a team that values innovation and experimentation</li><li>Opportunity to shape the future of employee experience technology</li></ul><br /><b>We are a team built on purpose, not perfection.</b><br />The game is changing, and we&#39;re writing the new playbook.
