From routine maintenance to complex modifications that impact flight characteristics, every project is hands-on, collaborative, and mission-driven.</p><p></p><p>Whether youre an early-career professional looking for a solid foundation or an experienced AME ready to take on unique aviation challenges, this is an unparalleled opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Perform inspections and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.</li><li>Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures.</li><li>Certify completed work and maintain accurate documentation in line with Transport Canada and company policies.</li><li>Lead by exampleensure safety procedures, proper protective measures, and clean workspaces are always upheld.</li><li>Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.</li><li>Assist with aircraft modifications, from avionics upgrades to structural changes affecting flight characteristics.</li><li>Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p><p> College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canada-approved institution.<br /> 1-3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.<br /> Valid AME M2 license.<br /> Previous Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) with an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) is a plus.<br /> Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.<br /> Passion for aviation and innovation, with a desire to contribute to groundbreaking flight test programs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Why ITPS?</strong></p><p><strong>Work on a diverse fleet</strong> No two days are the same!
