Key Responsibilities
- Participate in professional training on brands like Sothys, Cinq Mondes, and Payot.
- Assist the Spa Manager with organization and management tasks.
- Welcome clients, organize treatment schedules.
- Promote and sell treatments and beauty products to increase spa revenue.
- Perform various beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese) following brand procedures.
- Ensure high-quality service, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Monitor team training levels.
- Maintain Club Med standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Promote activities within the resort.
