<p>The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.</p>
<h3>Daily Tasks</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff.</li>
<li>Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.</li>
<li>Stocking daily products on shelves.</li>
<li>Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.</li>
<li>Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.</li>
<li>Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.</li>
<li>Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.</li>
<li>Following up on assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance are properly tracked and participating in the hiring and performance management process.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Do You Need to Succeed?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry.</li>
<li>At least one (1) year in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li>
<li>Customer service-oriented.</li>
