Overview
Katzman Estate Law is a rapidly growing law firm located on Ouellette Avenue in Windsor, Ontario. We are seeking a lawyer with at least one year of litigation experience or at least one year working with estates to practice exclusively in the areas of estate administration and litigation.
Responsibilities
- Practice exclusively in estate administration and estate litigation.
Qualifications
- Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
- Technological proficiency is a requirement for this position.
- On-site position in Windsor, Ontario.
Compensation
- Salary: $80,000 per year base.
- Bonus structure based on collected billings; after an attainable threshold, the associate keeps half of their collected billings.
- Expected total pay: $120,000 to $150,000 once acclimated to estate litigation and performing well; compensation tied to performance.
