<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)</p><p><strong>Length: 12</strong> Month Contract</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London, ON (4 days in office)</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 7:00am - 6:00pm (work day is 8 hours)</p><p><strong>Must be fluent French and English</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Educates customers on product information, applications, and usage recommendations</li><li>Manages technical documentation requests efficiently</li><li>Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, chat, and written correspondence</li><li>Serves as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of products, applications, and internal resources</li><li>Handles product complaints, returns, and crisis situations with urgency and accuracy</li><li>Provides timely and effective solutions and recommendations to customer issues</li><li>Accurately documents all customer interactions in CRM systems</li><li>Triages incoming communication and investigates issues using internal platforms and tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers consistent service excellence</li><li>Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments</li><li>Demonstrates clear, conceptual thinking and sound judgment</li><li>Proactively resolves conflicts and takes initiative to prevent issues</li><li>Works well in team settings; open to collaboration, compromise, and leadership</li><li>Possesses strong active listening skills</li><li>Follows through on commitments and shows empathy toward others</li><li>Communicates effectively both orally and in writing, including presentations</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with 3M Customer Service systems is a plus</li><li>Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and task prioritization</li><li>Capable of managing work-related stress and meeting tight deadlines</li><li><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></li><li>Bachelor's degree (completed and verified) <strong>and</strong> 2+ years of customer service or sales experience</li><li>OR High school diploma/GED (completed and verified) <strong>and</strong> 6+ years of customer service or sales experience</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
