This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·Manage and process B2B client orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>·Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing attentive service and timely updates.</p><p>·Proactively identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional marketing, print, or promotional solutions.</p><p>·Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status with professionalism and urgency.</p><p>·Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.</p><p>·Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, supporting business development efforts.</p><p>·Maintain detailed records of communications, orders, and sales activity using CRM and ERP systems.</p><p>·Support seasonal campaigns, special projects, and client initiatives as required.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).</p><p>·2+ years of experience in inside sales, order entry, or customer service, ideally within a marketing, advertising, print, or manufacturing environment.</p><p>·Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and identify growth opportunities through consultative communication.</p><p>·Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of the sales and fulfillment cycle.</p><p>·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.</p><p>·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce or equivalent experience is an asset.</p><p>·Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><br><br></p></p>Create Your Resume First
