Our client, a well-established law firm in Milton, ON, is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Administrator/Bookkeeper to support daily office operations and basic bookkeeping functions. This is a 2-month contract with potential for an extension.Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
- Full-time hours, in-office role (Monday to Friday)
- Scan, print, file, shred, and organize documents accurately
- Manage office supplies and vendor deliveries
- Answer automated phone lines and handle basic inquiries
- Take notes as required
- Enter and code client-related expenses correctly
- Process documents from HubDoc into the General Ledger and QuickBooks Online
- Assist with basic bookkeeping for client businesses
- Accurately track and punch time worked
- 1+ year experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and HubDoc is an asset
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
