Our certified specialists use innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses throughout Canada.</p><p>Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the duties and responsibilities of the Branch Manager include,</p><p>but are not limited to, the following:</p><p> Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations Managers</p><p> Manage and grow provincial accounts</p><p> Build and maintain relationships with key clients</p><p> Assist Regional Director with revenue growth, employee and customer retention</p><p> Respond to new customer sales requests and inquiries</p><p> Manage existing customer service requests, inquiries and escalations</p><p> Ability to provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may</p><p>have</p><p> Be knowledgeable of technical data concerning pesticides used, and their application in accordance to</p><p>the label</p><p> Learn and provide technical know-how on leading industry trends</p><p> Implement company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelines</p><p> Accountable for operating within company and business unit policies and procedures; create an</p><p>environment that motivates employees to be successful</p><p> Maintain Inventory Control, including ordering; truck and account audits; warehouse inventory counts</p><p>etc.</p><p> Perform other duties as required</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> 5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset</p><p> 5 years’ experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment required</p><p> Strong Business acumen</p><p> Ability managing and leading assigned projects and employees</p><p> Ability to manage administrative duties along with field work</p><p> Excellent organizational and time management</p><p> Proficiency in written and verbal communication</p><p> Excellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management and coaching</p><p> Attention to detail and analytical skills</p><p> Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/ Documents,</p><p>Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate level</p><p> Valid driver’s License</p><p> Valid Pest Control License or willing to obtain</p><p> High school diploma; university degree preferred</p><p> <span >Licenses/certificates</span> as required by federal and provincial regulations</p><p> Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times</p><p> Ability to work at heights and lift in excess of fifty pounds</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>A career with Rentokil-Terminix is exactly that - a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
