<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users</li>
<li>Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w/business needs</li>
<li>Work with internal/external teams to customize/configure systems</li>
<li>Create & deliver training to end-users</li>
<li>Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring</li>
<li>Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication & interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications</li>
<li>2+ years relevant IT exp w/tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk</li>
<li>2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin</li>
<li>Cert/exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset</li>
<li>Valid drivers licence</li>
<li>Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed</li>
