<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong><br />We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing sales. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.<strong><br><br>Key responsibilities:</strong><br />Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person and social media outreach.<br />Sales Calls: Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive interest in our products and services.<br />Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for onboarding.<br />Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.<br />Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.<br />Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.<br />Drive adoption of products and features: Reach out to existing leads, clearly communicating the value proposition for new feature adoption.<strong><br><br>Mandatory <span >skills/qualifications:</span></strong><br />Bilingual: Spoken and written fluency in French & English.<br />Experience: New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or a similar field.<br />Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and handle basic negotiations (give-and-gets) to drive client engagement.<br />Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using technology and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Groove) to manage sales activities.<br />Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br />A go-get attitude with the drive to go above and beyond for the customer & the business<br><br>Non-essential <span >skills/qualifications:</span><br />(skills that would be good to have but are not essential for the position)<br />Education preferred / not required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.<br />Cold-calling sales experience<br />Experience in selling technical products<br />Experience in customer service<br />Have worked or done an internship in a startup</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
