This role is ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and who thrives in an agile, scaling business.</p><p>To succeed in this role, you&#39;ll need <strong>direct experience as a CFO in a publicly listed company</strong> or a <strong>progressive leadership background reporting to a public company CFO</strong>. This is a critical requirement, as you&#39;ll be expected to navigate complex capital markets, regulatory compliance, and board-level communications from day one.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Develop and lead financial strategy aligned with business growth and innovation goals</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments</li><li>Manage cash flow to support daily operations, R&D, and scale-up initiatives</li><li>Lead or support equity and debt fundraising, M&A, and investor relations activities</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and full compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory frameworks</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver strategic insights and drive informed decision-making</li><li>Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and long-term investment</li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred)</li><li><strong>2+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role</strong> in a public company environment (CFO or direct report to a CFO)</li><li>Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and compliance in line with public company standards</li><li>Strong command of capital markets, investor relations, and financial risk management</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Comfortable navigating high-growth, fast-changing environments with a strategic, scalable approach</li></ul><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who wants to make a meaningful impact in a future-focused industry.
