As a City Sales Manager, you will develop and manage 3-4 territories within your currently held region through outreach of our value proposition, strategy, and long-term market penetration plan. You are crafting awareness of our products and services and building relationships with all key facilitators, influencers, and end-users. You will also work on team development and lead all aspects of dealer relations across Woodbridge, ON to grow the business! You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact and build relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training and development of sales and the operations force, support and implement the performance and learning process.
  • Support the strategic plans to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead the sales team following PPC Selling Machine to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Expand sales opportunity pipeline and improve conversion rate through the pipeline to deliver regional growth.
  • Promote cultural change and development into the region. Conduct regular team meetings to provide leadership.
  • Provide high levels of engagement, recognition, involvement, and empowerment following Company values.
  • Manage the performance process for all team members, to ensure achievement of targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred, with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience resolving customer complaints and providing superb customer service.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.
  • Broad understanding of the application and use of paint and sundries preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work and travel locally within the territory 35% of the time.
