Job Description
Long-Haul Truck Driver (Ontario-Quebec)Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 1 truck on long-haul routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report any issues
- Comply with Canadian regulations on hours of service (E-Log)
- Load/unload cargo and handle goods if required
- Maintain communication with dispatchers
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Clean driving record and up-to-date driver’s card
- Experience in long-haul trucking (an asset)
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations
- Ability to work long hours and travel frequently
