<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.<br /><strong>Contract Term:</strong> February to May (with the possibility of extension based on workload)<br /><strong>Starting Wage:</strong> $19.05/hour<br /><strong>Location:</strong> 6-521 Nottinghill Rd, London, ON N6K 4L4<br /><strong>Start Date:</strong> February 24, 2026<br /><strong>Training Dates:</strong> Three sessions in February (TBD)</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and professional individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Client Relations / Front Desk Receptionist. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will be the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone—and will play a key role in supporting daily office operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries as needed</li><li>Take clear and thorough notes during client calls to ensure accurate information is passed to the appropriate team members</li><li>Draft, edit, and send emails and other written correspondence</li><li>Take dictation and prepare documents when required</li><li>Collect payments and process transactions through a POS system</li><li>Update and maintain client files and records (digital and physical)</li><li>Use and manage filing systems efficiently</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the office</li><li>Assist with other tasks as assigned</li><li>Prepare client tax packages as needed</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency using a CRM program</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Comfortable handling client interactions with professionalism</li><li>Ability to take accurate dictation and compose clear written communication</li><li>Basic understanding of POS systems and payment handling</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong note-taking skills while on the phone</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a welcoming environment</li><li>Preferable: tax office knowledge or general income tax understanding</li><li>Ability to thrive in a <strong>very high-paced environment</strong></li></ul></p>Company Description<p>We are an established accounting firm that has been proudly serving the London, Ontario community for over 15 years.
