As a technology-forward clinic, we integrate advanced reproductive medicine with innovative digital tools-including our in-house EMR-to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes. </p><p> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Clinic Operations Manager (RN)</strong> with <strong>direct fertility nursing experience</strong> to lead daily clinical operations and nursing functions at our Toronto clinic. This on-site leadership role reports to the Medical Director and VP of Operations and works closely with physicians, the IVF laboratory, nursing, patient services, finance, and facilities teams. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p> The Clinic Operations Manager (RN) is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and patient-centered delivery of fertility services across all clinical programs-IVF, IUI, Low Intervention, and cycle monitoring. This role requires a <strong>deep understanding of fertility protocols, ART workflows, and patient pathways</strong> , along with proven nursing leadership experience. </p><p> The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who excels in dynamic clinical environments and is committed to compassionate, inclusive fertility care. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Clinical Operations Leadership</strong></p><ul><li> Oversee day-to-day operations of all fertility programs, ensuring safe, efficient patient flow and high-quality care. </li><li> Collaborate with physicians and the IVF Lab Director to align workflows with evidence-based fertility practices. </li><li> Monitor daily volumes and proactively adjust staffing and schedules to support cycle demands. </li><li> Lead development, review, and implementation of SOPs for ART, cycle monitoring, and interdisciplinary workflows. </li><li> Identify and implement process improvements that enhance outcomes and the patient experience. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Nursing Leadership & Clinical Oversight</strong></p><ul><li> Provide strong clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the nursing team. </li><li> Deliver direct clinical care when required, including venipuncture, injections, medication teaching, cycle review, and patient counselling. </li><li> Interpret and communicate physician orders accurately, ensuring continuity across treatment cycles. </li><li> Maintain high standards of clinical documentation in the Pollin EMR and ensure compliance across the team. </li><li> Lead ongoing nursing education and competency development specific to fertility and reproductive care. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Patient Care & Experience</strong></p><ul><li> Serve as a clinical escalation point for patient questions or concerns, ensuring compassionate, timely support. </li><li> Partner with Patient Services to ensure informed, seamless, and empathetic care across all stages of treatment. </li><li> Promote inclusive care, with sensitivity to the needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ patients and diverse family structures. </li><li> Support patients emotionally as they navigate the challenges of infertility and ART. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Quality, Safety & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li> Ensure compliance with CNO standards, College of Physicians and Surgeons requirements, accreditation bodies, and internal policies. </li><li> Uphold rigorous infection prevention and control practices. </li><li> Prepare for inspections and audits; manage quality indicators, incident reporting, and corrective actions. </li><li> Champion a culture of safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Team Management & Performance</strong></p><ul><li> Lead, coach, and evaluate nursing and clinical support staff; participate in hiring and onboarding. </li><li> Oversee clinical scheduling and staffing for a 7-day-per-week operation (7 AM-3 PM). </li><li> Conduct regular team meetings and support transparent communication across departments. </li><li> Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Facilities & Vendor Oversight</strong></p><ul><li> Oversee clinic environment, equipment, alarms/security, and facility readiness to ensure safe fertility operations. </li><li> Coordinate with facilities services and service providers; manage clinical vendor relationships. </li><li> Respond to after-hours operational or facility issues when necessary. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>7. Resource & Budget Management</strong></p><ul><li> Manage labour resources, clinical budgets, overtime, and attendance in partnership with Finance. </li><li> Oversee inventory, medications, consumables, and clinical equipment essential for ART and monitoring. </li><li> Assist in capacity planning for cycle volumes and clinic growth. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>8. Technology & EMR Optimization</strong></p><ul><li> Collaborate on enhancements to Pollin's EMR to ensure it supports fertility workflows efficiently. </li><li> Train clinical staff on accurate documentation and digital workflow standards. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>9.
