Job Description:
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable Google Cloud based infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical systems in a high-security environment.
- Lead or contribute to planning for infrastructure, platform engineering, and modernization efforts.
- Support initiatives in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, Security and DevOps.
Mandatory Experience Required/Must Haves:
- Minimum GOC Secret security clearance
- Valid IT Cloud certification (preferably Google Cloud but other vendor certifications will be considered e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Strong experience/expertise in a major cloud platform.
Additional Requirements/Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in a national defence environment / military domain.
- Experience working with different variations of Google Cloud Platform Service Models / solutions (on-prem, Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped, Hybrid & Multi-Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS, Serverless Computing)
- Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
