Our firm specializes in real estate, commercial leasing, corporate, securities, secured lending, and telecommunications law. We serve a diverse client base, from individuals to prominent national corporations, providing innovative and sophisticated legal solutions backed by over 4 decades of experience.

About the Role:
Our Commercial Leasing group represents some of Canada’s top real estate, retail, and telecommunications companies, advising on leasing transactions across retail, office, and industrial sectors. We also handle telecommunications access matters, including easements, leases, and related contractual rights.

Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial leasing and real estate law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or corporation
- Exceptional drafting skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Experience in broader commercial real estate law is considered an asset but not essential
