As our Commercial Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our commercialization team, reporting directly to the VP of Commercialization. Your role will ensure smooth operations across sales, supply chain, and partner communications. From managing key trackers and reports to supporting product launches and provincial listings, you'll help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>Commercial Documentation & Reporting</p><ul><li>Own and maintain core commercial documents: provincial sales & inventory files, product spec sheets, and raw material trackers.</li><li>Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple partners into clear weekly and monthly summaries.</li><li>Prepare stock allocation forms and internal reporting tools to support forecasting and revenue optimization.</li><li>Track provincial purchase orders and summarize weekly shipments and revenue performance.</li></ul><p>Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination</p><ul><li>Monitor raw material inventory across partner facilities and inbound shipments, flagging risks to avoid production delays.</li><li>Continuously improve processes so commercial, finance, and operations teams work from one source of truth.</li></ul><p>Product Calls & Commercialization Support</p><ul><li>Prepare submission documentation for provincial product pitches (e.g., Notice of New Cannabis Product templates).</li><li>Coordinate timelines and meetings for product calls, liaising with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.</li><li>Act as the main administrative contact for contract manufacturing partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul><p>Provincial & Partner Platform Management</p><ul><li>Maintain accurate product attributes, images, and descriptions on provincial and partner sites (OCS, HiBuddy, Mendo, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate updates for formulations, packaging, or pricing changes approved by leadership.</li></ul><p>Sales & Commercial Analytics</p><ul><li>Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources for sales analysis.</li><li>Build simple dashboards and summaries to give leadership a clear view of performance by SKU, province, and partner.</li></ul><p>Creative & Marketing Support</p><ul><li>Draft clear creative briefs for sell sheets, product one-pagers, and listing copy so the creative team can execute quickly.</li></ul><p>Flowthrough & Special Programs</p><ul><li>Act as liaison for flowthrough programs, ensuring inventory, pricing, and documentation align with program requirements.</li></ul><p>Why Papas Herb?</p><p>We're not just another cannabis brand—we're a lifestyle.
