*CONSTRUCTION INSULATOR LABOURERS* We are looking for hardworking construction labourers, to work in our Industrial division in the Insulating area. Construction Laborers work both indoors and outdoors, often in uncomfortable or potentially hazardous conditions. The climate may vary from very hot to cold settings, on aerial equipment such as: Ladders, swing stages, and scaffolds. We are looking for full time permanent positions. Heavy lifting is a job requirement so a degree of fitness is needed. Due to the nature of this job Drug and Alcohol testing is required. (Including cannabis) The shift is Monday -> Friday - 10 hour shifts.  Specific Duties  * Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas * Assist Journey-persons in construction activities * Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites * Operate some hand tools such as cordless drills and grinders * Tasks and duties as directed by the site foremen. * Follow company Policy and Procedures * Daily attendance and participation required. * Communicate effectively with Foremen and other crew members Desired Outcomes or Results * Complete all assigned tasks to required standard in appropriate time frame and in a safe manner * Advance to a more skilled position * Maintain a healthy, safe and productive work environment * Willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities * Demonstrate reliability and accountability through daily attendance and participation Key Performance Indicators * Proven ability to take direction and get required job done * Safety record and proven safe practice on all job sites * Attention to detail on tasks performed * Foreman's reference and recommendations  Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable * Basic Math and English skills  * Experience with a variety of hand and power tools * Able to pass Drug and Alcohol test (including cannabis) * Reliable transportation to get to work * Physically able to lift heavy loads and work a minimum of 10 hours in variable weather conditions * Able to acquire all safety training and accreditation (we cover training costs)
