What can you expect in this role?

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented co-op student to join our marketing team and support design and content initiatives for our personal insurance brand. In this role, you'll help create engaging visual assets, assist with social media content, and contribute to campaign development across digital channels. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers, you'll gain hands-on experience bringing a modern, customer-focused brand to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in designing digital marketing assets (e.g., social posts, web banners, email graphics, website, blog, paid media content, SEO and GEO optimization)
  • Support content creation for social media, blogs, and customer communications
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a design, marketing, communications, or related post-secondary program
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with AI and tech
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Interest in brand marketing and/or insurance is a plus

This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
