The Contracts Manager is responsible for professional, compliant, and strategic management of regional contracts, RFx activities, and pricing initiatives to advance Integra’s business across all portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, Tenders & Pricing (CTP), this highly autonomous individual contributor role maintains regional ownership while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams (among others) to streamline and optimize contract execution and pricing management.


Contract Management



  • Own the full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, implementation, amendments and proactive renewal planning.

  • Upon contract execution, ensure all documents and details are promptly entered into systems.

  • Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure continuity, compliance and alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to resolve regional contract issues and propose viable solutions.

  • Review and interpret contract terms, partnering with Legal to ensure compliance while supporting commercial objectives.

  • Complete and submit quarterly GPO and SSO contract sales and rebate reporting.

  • Enable regional Sales teams through training, tools and clear contract guidance.


RFx & Tender Management



  • Manage the RFx process end-to-end: opportunity identification, bid scoping, project team coordination and final bid submission.

  • Lead project team in the development of comprehensive, strategic tender responses to ensure Integra is positioned as a preferred vendor.

  • Provide recommended bid strategies based on market insights, business needs, portfolio nuances, and competitive intelligence.

  • Complete the initial tender pricing analyses and present recommendations for management review.


Pricing Support



  • Act as regional point of contact for pricing strategy for contracted and non-contracted business.

  • Influence commercial decision-making through data-driven pricing recommendations.

  • Ensure the integrity of line item pricing for assigned regions in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service to assess daily customer PO price discrepancies.

  • Respond to pricing inquiries from Field and customers daily as needed.


Procurement Customer & Engagement



  • Act as regional point of contact for pricing strategy for contracted and non-contracted business.

  • Influence commercial decision-making through data-driven pricing recommendations.

  • Ensure the integrity of line item pricing for assigned regions in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service to assess daily customer PO price discrepancies.

Required Qualifications



  • Based in the GTA with ability to travel to the office (hybrid work model).

  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement customers and key decision-makers to advance Integra’s business throughout the region.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to connect customers with commercial teams for product education, contract strategy discussions, new business opportunities, etc.

  • Engage GPO and SSO customers to support early RFx development, category establishment, Enterprise lead generation, etc.

  • Lead project team in the development of comprehensive, strategic tender responses to ensure Integra is positioned as a preferred vendor.

  • Provide recommended bid strategies based on market insights, business needs, portfolio nuances, and competitive intelligence.

  • Complete the initial tender pricing analyses and present recommendations for management review.
