About the Role: The Senior Cost Accountant will evaluate inventory costs and ensure financial accuracy. Reporting to the CFO, responsibilities include developing cost calculations, collaborating with production, shipping, and receiving teams, conducting inventory counts, and supporting financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory evaluations at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
- Maintain accurate records of supply inventory and valuation.
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to streamline cost tracking.
- Perform frequent inventory counts to verify accuracy.
- Assist in completing the inventory module in the ERP system.
- Provide financial reporting and cost analysis.
