<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Our Client is a company dedicated to crafting high-quality custom, complex, displays. Their experienced design team members are experts in ideation and turning &#39;rough&#39; client concepts to complete retail display designs, all while keeping the project&#39;s budget top of mind.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Lead Builder will work directly with the team and Clients. Will be handling 1-2 medium projects per month and the expectation is for the production volume to scale as the team grows within 2026. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><br><br><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p>- 5-10 years of Carpentry Experience. Custom fabrication background is a plus.</p><p>- Leadership experience (at least 2-3 people). </p><p>- Proficient interpreting Blue Prints.</p><p>- Experience with CNC routers, CNC lasers, Spray Laminate, Millwork and other hand and power tools.</p><p>- Experience with materials such as Plexiglass, PVC, metal, wood.</p><p><br /></p><p>Acara Solutions is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for applicants and employees.
