As a Customer Service Representative, youll play a key role in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right solutions.</p><p><br /></p><p>If you are passionate about helping people, relationship-driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in an environment that values curiosity, humility, and creativity, this is your chance to make an impact while contributing to the success of a respected, established company.</p><p><br /></p><p><span >Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p><p></p><ul><li>Manage customer phone inquiries, ensuring professionalism and resolution of issues.</li><li>Create standard new sales orders for phone inquiries and/or efficiently and effectively transfer calls to more senior applicable team members.</li><li>Initiate local warranty claims promptly and accurately.</li><li>Respond to inventory inquiries and assist customers with product availability and established alternatives.</li><li>Provide coverage for sales counter, as needed.</li><li>Support sales and warranty team by providing freight quotes for special deliveries and return shipments.</li><li>Assist with operational activities and continuous improvement projects during shoulder season.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><span >Qualification/Experience:</span><br /></p><p><br><br></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>HVAC experience would be a major asset to this role.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, or administrative roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience operating inventory management systems is an asset.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Additional Requirements:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Must be available for full-time, on-site work; remote work is not available.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Salary/Benefits:<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
