Our solutions serve a wide range of institutional and architectural applications, including hospitals, clean rooms, specialized medical facilities, behavioral health environments, correctional institutions, public infrastructure, educational facilities, and transit systems.</p><p>With advanced manufacturing facilities in the Canada and in the United States, Pa-Co is strategically positioned to design, engineer, and produce innovative, high-performance lighting systems at scale.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position will provide outstanding customer service and sales support for our sales team as well as our network of manufacturers' representatives and distributors. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities related to order management and customer service in collaboration with the Operations team and ensuring ongoing communication (verbal and written) with the client throughout the process.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>•Ensure outstanding support is provided to our customers, manufacturer representatives and regional sales managers in accordance with Pa-Co' policies and procedures.</p><p>•Act as liaison between the sales force and other functional areas of the company to ensure that all customer services activities are well-managed throughout the process.</p><p>•Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails responding to customers, manufacturer representatives and regional sales managers</p><p>•Work closely with production planning and logistics department to process incoming customer requests regarding new and existing orders, including product deliveries, order expedites and tracking.</p><p>•Follow-up, prioritize and ensure that the customer is well informed of the developments of their request in a timely manner.</p><p>•Ensure continuous improvement of overall order management process and customer service experience.</p><p>•Handle a variety of special projects, as requested</p><p><br></p><p>Education Required</p><p><br></p><p>•CEGEP or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred</p><p>Qualifications Required and Working Conditions</p><p>•Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of high-growth, product organization with a rapidly expanding product line and customer base</p><p>•Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere</p><p>•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</p><p>•Strong written and oral communication skills</p><p>•Experience of working both independently and in team-oriented environments</p><p>•Demonstrate strong technical and product-knowledge skills as well as a commitment to continuously improving customer and sales support skills.</p>Create Your Resume First
