Overview
THE ROLE: This role will be overseeing the Project Management Office of ~20 employees (Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Controls Specialists).
Responsible for delivering large, complex, and regulated projects ($1M–$150M) through governance oversight, budget management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Serves as the “voice of the customer,” ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, QA, and commercial teams.
Must Have Skills/Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in a project-based organization
- Automated Machinery, highly regulated industry experience a MUST
- Mastery of project management fundamentals (scheduling, earned value, budget control, change management)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Complex contract management expertise
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- PMP certification preferred
