Our facilities and professional team are dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every dog.
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Dog Daycare General Manager located in Toronto, ON. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of the dogs, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key tasks include scheduling, staff training, addressing customer concerns, and monitoring the facility for cleanliness and safety.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in animal care or working with dogs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities under pressure
- Basic knowledge of first aid and handling emergency situations for pets
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in animal care or related field is beneficial
