<p>Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's M365, Azure, Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Our client is looking for talented D365 FO who will use her/his expertise and experience for the functional tasks based in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations .This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a growing new business area within a market leading firm. The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.</p> <p>Job Location: Silema, Malta</p> <p>Work Type: Hybrid</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p> <p>Working Hours: GMT +1</p> <p>Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €)</p> <p>Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package Included</p> <p>Requirements </p><ul><li>Ideally Educated to degree level</li><li>Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate</li><li>At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects</li><li>Exposure to presales activities would be an added value</li><li>Conducting functional interviews</li><li>Mentoring juniors</li><li>Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset.</li><li>RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset.</li><li>Prepared to travel on frequent basis</li><li>Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen</li><li>Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset</li><li>Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred:</li><li>French</li><li>Spanish</li><li>German</li><li>Italian</li><li>Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations</li><li>Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism</li><li>Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps</li><li>Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)</li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus</li><li>Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills</li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will:</p><ul><li>Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas:</li><li>Finance</li><li>Project Operations</li><li>Warehouse</li><li>Field Service</li><li>Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting</li><li>Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables</li><li>Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing</li><li>Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.</li><li>Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations</li><li>Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis</li><li>Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control</li><li>Leading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation</li><li>Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues</li><li>Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project</li><li>Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial</li><li>Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered</li><li>Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors</li><li>Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training</li><li>Represent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times</li><li>Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO</li><li>Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities</li><li>The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.</li></ul> <p>Microsoft Business Solutions Overview</p> <p>At our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
