<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are seeking an Electronic Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be performing maintenance and repair on PCB electronic machinery in our <span >production/manufacturing</span> areas for the Maintenance Department.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><p>1. Maintenance of all clean room related production equipment</p><p>2.  Perform maintenance and repair on equipment related to microelectronics and PCB manufacturing.</p><p>3.  Assist with the maintenance and calibration on following equipment:  </p><ul><li>high vacuum</li><li>thin film deposition</li><li>wire bonders</li><li>pick and place machines</li><li>laser welders</li></ul><p>4.  Troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated manufacturing process equipment</p><p>5.  Perform preventative maintenance procedures on hybrid assembly chip and wire equipment</p><p>6.  Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns when requested</p><p>7.  Follow safe work procedures</p><p>8.  Assist with monitoring maintenance contracts as requested</p><p>9.  Familiarity with process equipment: Vacuum deposition, Electroplating, Dicing, Bonding, Module Assembling</p><p>10. Must have experience working with automated production equipment</p><ul><li>Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance </li><li>Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion </li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li></ul><p>​<b><strong><span >Skills/Requirements:</span></strong></b></p><ul><li>Must be able to read, understand and troubleshoot <span >mechanical/electrical</span> circuitry</li><li>Ability to read schematics, manuals and maintain accurate maintenance log</li><li>Problem solving, decision making, planning and organization skills</li><li>Must be mechanically inclined</li><li>Familiarity with the vacuum pumps and leak detection equipment</li><li>Familiarity with Cleanrooms procedures: Contamination and environment control</li><li>Able to work successfully on automated machinery, etc.</li><li>ESD safety: understanding of electrostatic discharge precautions to protect sensitive microelectronics components</li><li>Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance: Scheduling and executing maintenance to minimize downtime</li></ul><p><b><strong>Education: </strong></b></p><p>Completion of College/ Vocational Training<br />Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering program an asset</p></p>Company Description<p>FOUNDED IN 1992, NANOWAVE TECHNOLOGIES INC. is vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of RF sensing and communications hardware. <br/>The Nanowave group has more than 6,000 communications and SAR payload assemblies in orbit and more than 30,000 RF avionics assemblies on commercial and defense aerospace platforms. <br/>Customers include many of the major space, aerospace, and defense OEMs in both the US and Europe.</p></p><h3>Company Description</h3><p>FOUNDED IN 1992, NANOWAVE TECHNOLOGIES INC. is vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of RF sensing and communications hardware. \r\nThe Nanowave group has more than 6,000 communications and SAR payload assemblies in orbit and more than 30,000 RF avionics assemblies on commercial and defense aerospace platforms. \r\nCustomers include many of the major space, aerospace, and defense OEMs in both the US and Europe.</p>
