<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are seeking an Electronic Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be performing maintenance and repair on PCB electronic machinery in our <span >production/manufacturing</span> areas for the Maintenance Department.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><p>1. Maintenance of all clean room related production equipment</p><p>2. Perform maintenance and repair on equipment related to microelectronics and PCB manufacturing.</p><p>3. Assist with the maintenance and calibration on following equipment: </p><ul><li>high vacuum</li><li>thin film deposition</li><li>wire bonders</li><li>pick and place machines</li><li>laser welders</li></ul><p>4. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated manufacturing process equipment</p><p>5. Perform preventative maintenance procedures on hybrid assembly chip and wire equipment</p><p>6. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns when requested</p><p>7. Follow safe work procedures</p><p>8. Assist with monitoring maintenance contracts as requested</p><p>9. Familiarity with process equipment: Vacuum deposition, Electroplating, Dicing, Bonding, Module Assembling</p><p>10.
