<p>WSP is currently seeking an <b>Engineer-in-Training or Civil Technologist/Technician</b> for our <b>Land Development & Municipal Engineering</b> group. This position is based in our <b>Winnipeg</b> office and will involve working on municipal projects for public and private clients, including water and wastewater systems, storm water management, municipal roads, and land development.</p>

<h3>What You Can Expect to Do Here</h3>
<ul>
<li>Participate in preliminary and detailed design, and drafting of water, sanitary, and drainage systems, roads, grading, and retention ponds.</li>
<li>Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to support projects from concept through completion.</li>
<li>Perform design calculations under the supervision of professional engineers.</li>
<li>Contribute to the preparation of technical reports.</li>
<li>Assist with the development of construction drawings, specifications, tender documents, cost estimates, and quantity schedules.</li>
<li>Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to integrate design efforts.</li>
<li>Engage in design reviews and provide input as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring to WSP</h3>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology/Civil Engineering Technician Diploma from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Eligibility for registration with EGM as Engineer-in-Training.</li>
<li>Eligibility for registration with CTTAM as a Technologist or Technician.</li>
<li>At least 2+ years’ experience in civil design and drafting.</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with local municipal standards and approval processes in Manitoba (beneficial).</li>
