Youll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. Theres no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance.
What Youll Do
- Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
- Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $19/hour base pay to start
- Performance-based commission (uncapped)
- $78K target total compensation for productive agents
- Top performers earn $100K$120K+ annually
- Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
