<p>We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented <b>Executive Assistant</b> to support the leadership team of a fast-growing professional Financial services firm in the financial space.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <b>full-time contractor</b> opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and knows how to anticipate needs, keep operations running smoothly, and serve as a trusted right hand to busy executives.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel and logistics.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between executives, clients, and partners—handling communications with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare materials and briefing documents for meetings; record and track follow-up items.</li><li>Support special projects, research, and operational tasks to keep priorities moving forward.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, expenses, and administrative workflows.</li><li>Help improve internal processes and keep the team organized and on track</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or Operations Coordinator.</li><li>Background supporting senior leaders in financial services, consulting, or professional services is an asset.</li><li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.</li><li>Self-starter mindset — reliable, resourceful, and solutions-focused.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.</li></ul><p></p>
