Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.</p><p><b>What you'll do:</b></p><p>As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner of the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Technology and Engineering groups, you will be a strategic partner to the executives and executive leadership teams in the Product & Engineering Board Area.</p><p>You will play a vital role as a trusted partner, providing HR expertise and support for SAP's Next Level Transformation, change management, and talent development.</p><p><b>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Provide outstanding strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team combined with high operational excellence to accelerate SAP's Next Level of Transformation</li><li>Act as coach for Executives.</li><li>Drive the people agenda and strategic priorities and ensure consistent execution within Business Area while influencing scalable solutions with P&C Services and P&C Practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion etc.)</li><li>Provide thought-leadership and contribute to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities</li><li>Translating business-specific needs towards P&C and vice versa while driving people and organizational initiatives to facilitate business transformation and cultural change.</li><li>Drive Talent Development and advise on skill gap analysis for the organization via global programs and processes.</li><li>Manage implementation of HR processes and employee lifecycle events (#unfiltered, Goal Planning, ACR)</li></ul><p><b>What you bring:</b></p><ul><li>Min of 8 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment.</li><li>Good understanding of SAP's Strategy, Business Model and organizational set-up.</li><li>High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data.</li><li>Strong strategic influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to think strategically, lead a transformation, and advise on change management</li><li>Client-focused. Focus on driving innovative, simple, pragmatic solutions to ensure customer success</li><li>Solid consulting and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with high-level stakeholders.</li><li>Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills to be able to translate business requirements into clear P&C requirements.</li><li>Experience in workforce management and skill assessments is an asset</li><li>Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with a big level business impact.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills(English verbal & written</li></ul><p><b>Meet your team</b>: Here at SAP, we recognize the value of teamwork and collaboration.
