<p><strong>Position:</strong> </p> <ul><li>Family Medicine Physician.</li></ul> <p><strong>Position Type:</strong> </p> <ul><li>Healthcare, Permanent.</li></ul> <p><strong>Location</strong>: </p> <ul><li>City: Ottawa</li><li>State: Ontario</li><li>Country: Canada</li></ul> <p><strong>Education Requirements: </strong></p> <ul><li>Medical Degree.</li><li>3-year Family Medicine Residency (CCFP). </li></ul> <p><strong>Scope of work: </strong></p> <ul><li>Consult patients on family medicine related cases to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.</li><li>Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment.</li><li>Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.</li><li>Carry out in-office procedures.</li><li>Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals.</li><li>Help patients develop total wellness habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness.</li><li>Supervise staff.</li></ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p> <ul><li>Minimum 12 months experience (preferably within a family medicine setting).</li></ul> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong></p> <ul><li>Flex schedule.</li><li>M-F.</li><li>35 to 50 hours per week.</li></ul> <p><strong>Workplace: </strong></p> <ul><li>Hybrid.</li><li>Clinic setting.</li><li>Private Practice.</li><li>Collaborative multi-specialty environment.</li><li>Parking available.</li><li>LMIA available</li></ul> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> </p> <ul><li>CA$300,000 - CA$500,000.</li></ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate: </strong></p> <ul><li>Client focus</li><li>Efficient interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent oral communication</li><li>Excellent written communication</li><li>EMR savvy</li><li>Organized</li><li>Team player</li></ul>
