The Vernon UPCC consists of a vibrant group of healthcare professionals including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, and Medical Office Assistants. Each member plays an integral part, contributing their unique skills to our patient-centric approach. You will help ensure that urgent care flows smoothly and effectively, meeting the pressing needs of the community with precision and empathy. Flexible locum dates are available throughout July, August and September with part-time or full-time options. This flexibility allows you to enjoy Vernon’s outdoor recreational activities in your time outside of work. Summertime in Vernon offers boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, winery visits, hiking, cycling, and access to Silver Star Mountain Resort.
