This role is key to delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing the dealerships finance and insurance operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers, find the right financial solutions, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Accountable for finance and insurance activities related to vehicle sales while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions in compliance with company and lender policies.</li><li>Conduct thorough credit interviews and liaise with lenders to secure approvals.</li><li>Review credit bureaus and develop creative deal structures for approvals.</li><li>Monitor lending portals and manage contracts in transit to ensure timely funding.</li><li>Present and sell financial protection products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, life, accident, and health coverage.</li><li>Complete finance documentation accurately and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features.</li><li>Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with management, team members, lenders, and third parties.</li><li>Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses.</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets; 35 years in the automotive industry preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales, finance, and dealership operations.</li><li>Established relationships with financial institutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills oral, written, and listening.</li><li>Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.</li><li>Ability to calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions.</li><li>Effective time management and prioritization skills.</li><li>Demonstrates Crown Auto Groups CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude.</li></ul><p></p><p>CROWN AUTO GROUP is an equal opportunity employer!
