RPM Expedite is a rapidly growing North American logistics provider specializing in air freight, ocean freight, cross-border U.S./Canada trucking, and expedited solutions. Our team supports a diverse portfolio of customers in manufacturing, retail, automotive, hospitality, clinical shipments, and high-value goods.

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Forwarder who understands U.S. domestic freight, international import/export processes, and industry compliance.

You will oversee end-to-end coordination of air cargo, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), and multimodal shipments including U.S. domestic, cross-border, and global routings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced with carrier bookings, customs requirements, and international documentation.

Air Freight 

• Book ULD, express, consolidated, and NFO air freight with major carriers.
• Prepare and file Air Waybills (AWB), Master AWB, House AWB, and commercial documents.
• Manage TSA/CCSF compliance for U.S.-bound freight.
• Quote, schedule, and track time-critical air shipments.

Ocean Freight

• Coordinate FCL and LCL bookings with steamship lines and NVOCCs.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Handle port drayage, container staging, and inland routing.
• Track sailings, transshipments, and ETA updates.

Cross-Border & U.S. Domestic 

• Arrange freight within the domestic U.S. (air, LTL, FTL).
• Support cross-border shipments including ACE/ACI documentation.
• Liaise with U.S. Customs Brokers, CBP, CBSA, and partner agents.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in air freight forwarding, ocean freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Air transport (IATA, TSA, CCSF requirements)
  • Ocean transport (FMC rules, Incoterms 2020)
  • U.S. domestic shipping (LTL/FTL/air cargo)
  • Drayage
  • Cross-border Canada–U.S. procedure
  • Airlines (AA, AC, DL, LH, CX, etc.)
  • Steamship lines & NVOCCs
  • Ground and warehouse partners
  • CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, or similar TMS
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
