Our team at Compass Dental in Campbell River, BC, on Vancouver Island, is looking for a dedicated Associate Dentist on a full-time basis! Future partnership opportunities are possible.

Campbell River is less than a 30-minute flight from Vancouver and just a 1.5-hour drive from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. The area is renowned for outdoor activities: hiking, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, forestry, cold water diving, wildlife tours, and more.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, starting from 40% of collections, with potential for higher depending on experience.

SCHEDULE:

• Four days a week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program, or successful completion of the NDEB equivalency process
• Registration or in process with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible to practice in British Columbia; open to applicants registered in other provinces
• New graduates are welcome with mentorship provided
• Effective communication skills with patients and their families
