Full-Time Associate Optometrist / Partnership Opportunity – Yorkton, SK

Are you an optometrist seeking a rewarding career in a thriving, well-established practice? We are looking for two dedicated optometrists to join our pathology based primary and secondary care practice on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday) with a clear path to partnership!

• Efficient EMR System – We use Optosys for seamless scheduling, billing, and patient management.
• Established Patient Base – Over 20,000 active files and strong referral relationships with local physicians and ophthalmologists in Regina & Saskatoon.
• Fully Equipped Dispensary & Lab – Over 1,500 frames and on-site edging with 1-hour service for single-vision lenses.
• Experienced Support Staff – A team of 6 full-time staff, including an office manager and CCOA-certified pre-testers.

The Opportunity

• Competitive Compensation – 25% of gross billings with a guaranteed minimum of $175,000. Recent associates have earned over $225,000 per year.
• Clear Path to Partnership – Ownership opportunity available after just one year.
• Flexible Work-Life Balance – Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM. No evenings or weekends.
