<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Benefits:</strong><br /><ul><li>Company car</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul><br /><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong><br />The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. <br><br><strong>Monday to Friday 5pm to 1am. (Drivers License required)</strong><br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br /><ul><li>Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned</li><li>Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors</li><li>Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins</li><li>Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins</li><li>Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups</li><li>Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)</li><li>Establish positive rapport with clients when possible</li><li>Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client</li><li>Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies</li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br /><ul><li>Effective communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships</li><li>Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings</li><li>Works well independently and in a team environment</li><li>Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred</li></ul><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>This position requires a high level of physical exertion</li><li>Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required</li></ul><br><br></p></p>
