Job Description

<p>Core Responsibilities:<br></p><p>8+ years of experience required.<br></p><li>Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to define and execute their Generative AI strategies.<br></li><li>End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy full AI workflows, taking them into production to solve real-world problems.<br></li><li>Implementation & Integration: Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into client operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.<br></li><li>Product Influence: Provide feedback and insights from customer field work to the core Palantir AIP product development team.<br></li><li>Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and engineering skills to manage ambiguous situations and deliver value through data-driven solutions. <br></li><p>Required Skills and Qualifications:<br></p><li>Engineering Background: A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.<br></li><li>Coding Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.<br></li><li>AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning basics, the GenAI landscape, LLM integration (e.g., RAG, vector databases), and MLOps practices.<br></li><li>Palantir Platform Knowledge: Experience using Palantir Foundry and AIP capabilities to manage data integration, ontology modeling, and application building (e.g., Workshop, Contour, Quiver).<br></li><p>Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort in a dynamic, customer-facing environment<br></p>
