Le/la gestionnaire de projets est responsable de la gestion des projets de service technique impliquant des transferts technologiques (procédés de fabrication et de conditionnement, méthodes analytiques) entre différents sites, ainsi que divers projets de service technique (par exemple, dépannage des opérations de fabrication, développement et validation de méthodes analytiques).


Responsabilités principales

  • Coordonner les Ă©quipes internes et externes et agir comme point central de communication.
  • Suivre les livrables, les Ă©chĂ©anciers et les budgets.
  • Organiser les rĂ©unions de projet, prĂ©parer les ordres du jour et les comptes rendus, assurer le suivi des actions.
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets Ă  l’aide de diagrammes de Gantt (Ă©laboration, rĂ©visions).
  • GĂ©rer l’élaboration des contrats : rĂ©viser les accords de service, communiquer avec les CMO et les laboratoires externes, assurer la conformitĂ© aux processus internes.
  • PrĂ©parer les budgets, gĂ©rer les bons de commande, les factures et les provisions.
  • Rendre compte de l’état des projets : rĂ©sumĂ©s exĂ©cutifs, Ă©chĂ©anciers, risques budgĂ©taires, plans d’attĂ©nuation, tableaux de bord.
  • Coordonner les Ă©quipes impliquĂ©es dans l’élaboration des accords-cadres d’approvisionnement et de qualitĂ©.
  • Collaborer avec le dĂ©partement de la chaĂ®ne d’approvisionnement : planifier les lots de validation, coordonner les expĂ©ditions vers les tiers, gĂ©rer les estimations de coĂ»ts et de transport.
  • GĂ©rer les contrĂ´les de changements et les investigations assignĂ©s au dĂ©partement de service technique.

Qualifications

  • BaccalaurĂ©at en sciences (chimie ou domaine connexe)
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expĂ©rience en gestion de projets dans l’industrie pharmaceutique
  • ExpĂ©rience en transfert technologique de formes posologiques solides, liquides et semi-solides
  • Certifications PMP et Lean Six Sigma considĂ©rĂ©es comme des atouts
  • MaĂ®trise des outils de gestion de projet (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) avec d’excellentes compĂ©tences en communication orale et Ă©crite.

About the role

The Project Manager Technical Service is responsible for managing Technical Service projects involving technical transfers (manufacturing and packaging processes, analytical methods) between different sites, and various technical service projects (e.g. troubleshooting of manufacturing operations, troubleshooting, development and validation of analytical methods).


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external teams and act as the central point of communication.
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, follow-up on action items
  • Monitor progress of the projects with Gantt Charts (elaboration, revisions)
  • Manage contract elaboration: revise service agreements, communicate with CMO and external labs, ensure review according to corporate processes.
  • Prepare budgets, manage purchase orders, invoices and accruals.
  • Report on project status: executive summaries, timelines, budget risks, mitigation plans, dashboards
  • Coordinate the teams involved in the elaboration of master supply and quality agreements.
  • Collaborate with Supply chain Department: plan validation batch schedules, coordinate shipments to third parties, and manage freight and cost estimates.
  • Manage Change Control and investigations assigned to Technical Service department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with technology transfers of solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms
  • PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are assets
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Bilingualism (French and English) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
