Job Description
Job Duties: Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Requirements: Secondary (High) school education certificate Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the related field.
