Consider joiningHall Constructors as a part time Heavy Duty Mechanic - Mentorship Role.</p><p><br /></p><p>Summary:</p><p><br /></p><p>This role will complete minor repairs, inspections and diagnostics on our civil excavation equipment on a part time schedule at our shop located in Coquitlam, BC. Additionally, this role will mentor apprentice mechanics, offering technical insight while reinforcing a strong work ethic.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your day-to-day will look like:</p><ul><li>Work one full week (4050 hours) every 4 to 6 weeks.</li><li>An opportunity to work more than one week if preferred.<br /></li><li>Complete minor repairs and inspections without the pressure of a full-time schedule.</li><li>Provide hands-on training and advice on best practices and troubleshooting.<br /></li><li>Work alongside and guide our apprentices with your extensive experience</li><li>Perform as a mentor, offering technical insight while reinforcing a strong work ethic.</li><li>An opportunity to give back to the trade and help shape the future of our industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a respectful and collaborative work environment where your experience is valued, not questioned.</li></ul><p><em>Qualifications</em>:</p><ul><li>Red Seal Certification</li></ul><ul><li>Recently retired or semi-retired are welcomed to apply.</li></ul><p>Interpersonal Skills</p><ul><li>Must have a calm and positive approach and enjoy mentoring apprentices.</li><li>The ability to perform light repairs and correctly diagnose HDE issues.</li></ul><p></p><p>About Hall Constructors:</p><p></p><p>Hall Constructors was founded in 2010 and since then has seen steady growth to become one of Business in Vancouvers Top 10 Construction Companies in BC.
