This job reports into the HRTechnology Solution Lead for Analytics, Reporting and owner of theEmployee Portal.


PositionResponsibilities:


Systemsupport:

  • Works for the Application Owner to manage the InternalEmployee Portal
  • Updates the Employee Portal bycreating visually appealing and intuitive web pages that align withour brand and business objectives
  • ­Works tounderstand and capture business needs; identifying business processrequirements
  • Organizes and conducts forumswith the business users
  • Facilitates feedbackmethods, usability studies to continually evolve thesolution
  • Trains business users to edit andupdate their pages
  • Works with IT and thePortal Vendor to resolve issues
  • Supports endusers in resolving issues, answering questions, getting the most ofthe Portal
  • Helps to manage Vendor, documentingimprovements, setting priorities
  • Supports theintegrations between our global Content Management System (Box) andour global HR Solution (Oracle Cloud HCM)
  • Configures the Employee Portal and manages the Box Folderstructure
  • Supports ~100 Content Admins -training, issues, complex configurations
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterateand improve design solutions
  • Performs testing(i.e. for system upgrades) and issue resolution
  • Other duties asrequired


DataReporting:

  • ­Provides data and analysis support within the HRIS team.Automates to the extent possible.
  • Identifieskey business questions and data needs
  • ­Develops customized reports and statistical analyses ofworkforce data.

PositionRequirements:


  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Web Design, or equivalent experience.
  • ­Minimum of 2 plus years of experience working closelywith large automated HR systems.
  • HTML and webdesign skills
  • ­Specific experience preferredwith: Oracle Fusion HCM, Reporting solutions and other HRISsystems.
  • ­ Strong Microsoft Office Skills,including advanced Excel Skills.
  • Other HRgeneralist or specialist experience a plus (which will enablesupport/improvement of HR functional processes).
  • ­Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye fordetail.
  • Self-directed with a strong sense ofinitiative, motivated to learn.
  • ­Soundanalytical and problem solving skills that can identify and assessmoderately complex issues and opportunities that support thebusiness.
  • Solid decision-making skills;seeking guidance and support on more challenging issues.
  • ­Good organizational skills including the ability tomulti-task and prioritize/re-prioritize as it relates to one’s ownwork. Experience working with projects is an asset.
  • ­A team player that can work in a collaborativeenvironment.
  • ­Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to work with all levels of management andemployees, gain credibility, provide effective customer service,and foster positive working relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders.
  • ­Ability to work at adesk, on a computer allday.
