<p>Position<br>In-Plant Store Warehouse Associate II</p><p>Job Description<br>Arrow Electronics is seeking a<br>collaborative and engaged In-Plant Warehouse Associate II.<br>This role is essential to the daily flow of our cuatomer's warehouse operations and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence.</p><p>As a Warehouse Associate II, you will be responsible for performing a variety of distribution center functions including or more of the following: receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping, while operating forklift equipment as needed. Success in this role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, attendance and teamwork.</p><p>What You Will Be Doing</p><ul><li>Responsible for inventory control in warehouse on customer site.</li><li>Inventory Handling - Able to perform some of the system required transactions required to manage the inventory.</li><li>Operations - Fluent knowledge of all warehouse operations and procedures.</li><li>Customer Service - Has some interface with the customer. Able to address inventory related issues with the customer.</li><li>Scorecard - Understands the scorecard metrics and has ownership of at least one of the metrics.</li><li>Discrepancy Resolution - Knows the research steps necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies.</li></ul><p>What We Are Looking For</p><ul><li>2-5 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Entry level job with no prior relevant training or work experience.</li><li>Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.</li><li>Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.</li><li>Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.</li><li>Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.</li></ul><p>What's In It For You<br>At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
