POSITION SUMMARY<em>We are looking for Journeyperson Electricians to join our diverse team on industrial projects throughout our province.</em> <em>Shift: 10+4, 10-hour days</em><br><br>BENEFITS</p><ul><li>Comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, disability, life, and travel medical insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Wellness Spending Account</li><li>RRSP matching program that increases with the years of service with the company</li><li>Overtime pay</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Continuous training and professional development to grow and advance your career with Flyer</li></ul><p>JOURNEYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain good customer relations with site personnel and customers</li><li>Comply with Company's corporate Health and Safety manual</li><li>Adhere to the Company and the customers policies and procedures as they apply to each project</li><li>Ensure project safety, profitability, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction Responsible for efficient use of materials, equipment, and performance of all field related activities for each tasks/project</li><li>Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements</li><li>Complete and maintain appropriate documentation including all required safety documentation and daily progress reports (LEM's)</li><li>Attend daily/weekly site meetings and all training required</li><li>Maintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearance</li><li>Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact, displaying positive behavior, attitude, and workmanship habits in a respectful and empathetic way</li><li>Ensure the safety and supervision of all persons that could be put under your supervision if required, in an efficient manner working under you</li><li>Guide and train apprentices in the proper use of tools, materials, and techniques for most efficient electrical installations</li><li>Lead others by example</li><li>Any other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>JOURNEYMAN QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</p><ul><li>Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate</li><li>Saskatchewan Electrical License</li><li>Current Fall Arrest and EWP Certificates</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull</li><li>Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel</li><li>Valid Class 5 driver's license</li><li>Clear and Maintain a clean driving and drug and alcohol clearance</li><li>Must be legally entitled to work in Canada</li></ul><p><em>Flyer Electric is proud of our diverse workforce We are completely inclusive and supportive to our entire staff and do not discriminate in any way, always hiring, promoting, and advancing those that prove to be loyal team players, giving their best daily, and showing the drive to move forward and representing the company with professionalism and honesty, no matter your race, color, gender identity, religious beliefs, gender, age, place of origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status and family status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</em></p>Create Your Resume First
